CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. You will be required to pay 50% of the service upon booking your appointment. This will be non refundable/non transferable if you decide to cancel/reschedule you appointment within 24 hours of your appointment. You will be charged 100% of your services if you choose to "No Show" your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice 24 hours prior to your appointment. A 50% deposit MUST be given in order to keep your appointment you book for. All appointments will require for you to leave a card on file. If a 50% deposit is not paid at the time of booking your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled/rescheduled. Deposit can be paid through booking site for new clients and zelle or venmo for existing clients!
